Commitment Form Commitment Pledge(Required)The Jonas M. & Sadie Rennert, Ivy League Torah Study Experience/Jewish Summer Fellowship, a division of The National Committee for the Furtherance of Jewish Education, herein referred to as “JSF/ILTSE”, has accepted the signature below herein referred to as “student”, as a participant in the 2023/5783 summer session. JSF/ILTSE will provide student with meals, room and board. The student must attend all required classes, extra-curricular activities, complete all assigned reading, all projects and/or written assignments. Should JSF/ILTSE or student feel that this program is not a good fit. Both parties will come to an agreement of early termination. JSF/ILTSE will not tolerate any illegal drug use or excessive consumption of alcohol. Failure to comply with this regulation will result in expulsion from the program and loss of registration deposit. Neither the JSF/ILTSE nor the NCFJE will provide any medical insurance coverage for any student. Each student shall be responsible for their own medical, health insurance and/or expenses. By signing below, student agrees to follow all of the above stipulated regulations. Failure to meet any of the above may result in loss of registration deposit. The deposit will be returned to the student ONLY upon successful completion of the JSF, submission of papers and final evaluation. I have read the Guidelines and accept the terms of this contract.
